Cancellation Policy
I value your time and expect the same in return. I ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying me of appointment cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
48 hours or more in advance—no fee.
Less than 48 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked.
No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked.
No-shows are not allowed to rebook.
If you reschedule, it must be done 48 hrs in advanced also or the same fee above will incurred. Your rescheduled date must be within a month or you’ll have to forfeit your deposit. Thank you.
